大学英语最后一个学期的学习即将结束，回顾一年来的学习状况，感觉收获良多。
首先是英语单词的记忆。词汇是学习英语的基础，没有丰富的词汇打地基，英语的大厦是建不起来的。我从初中学英语到现在，词汇量就那么常见的几百个，老师不**，我也不是很重视。但这个学期张雷老师采取了划分重点，触类旁通和当众鼓励的办法，让我一点点地渴望记忆更多的单词。我们十五组有许多英语高手，每次听写完后总有一两个拿满分的组员，我的基础比较差，刚开始只有十四分的样子，但榜样就在身边，我也希望能有让老师和全班同学认识我的机会，所以每次都很努力地记单词，一个学期下来，渐渐掌握了一些记单词的方法，比如，通过听、说、读、记的多方位来记单词，或者分类、分组的方式等，我从最初要花一整天的时间记一个单元的单词到只需一节课就能把单词准确无误地记下来，自己觉得进步很大，到最后，老师对优秀的同学进行表扬时，终于也有我的名字了，我感到自己的努力有了回报。
再者就是听力。我以前考听力的时候都是模模糊糊的感觉，好像脑子里一团浆糊，只能听懂大概的意思，然后蒙答案。经过一个学期的训练，我现在不仅能听清楚对话的内容，有时还能复述其中的句子。这对我这种基础差的学生来说，是一个很大的进步。这要归功于张老师的训练，老师知道会有部分学生不会自觉地去听、去练，所以在课堂上从不间断的放听力材料，并且不是放完就算了，老师还会给我们分析怎样听的方法，哪些题的错误率高，那种类型的题要多多注意等等，有时会叫同学回答问题，因为怕答不出来，所以我每次都很认真地在听。感觉我们不是单纯地在训练听力，而同时也在掌握考试方法。
最后是作文。作文是我最头疼的事情。本来我词汇就不多，再出两个语法上的错误，作文成绩就一直没上去。但张老师从基本的作文结构开始，一点一点地传授方法。虽然总体上没什么大的提升(作文要有大提升也不是短时间内解决得了的)，但格式，结构，一些常见的错误还是知道了，至少考试时老师挑不出一些常识性的毛病，基本能拿个几个的分数，要知道我有一次考试只拿了三分!看出进步了吧!
其实上课的时候进步的不仅仅是英语能力，还有许多其他方面的才能。比如有一次张老师选中英文司仪，我是我们组的英文司仪，其实紧张得声音都在发抖了，但还是坚持下来了，为我们组赢得加分我很高兴，但我战胜了自己更高兴。总之，这个学期的学习是非常有成效的，希望我能继续保持这个状态。
我想给自己一个A-的分，因为我觉得学习的重点不是起点也不是终点，而是在这个过程中你掌握了什么，进步了多少，这就是我的收获!

大学英语的学习和高中英语的学习有很大的区别，因此不论在态度上还是在方法上，大一新生都应有所调整。英语是一门语言学科，靠的是日积月累，每天接触是至关重要。在大学里更侧重的是同学们的自学能力的培养，老师只是充当引路人，大部分学习都要依靠同学们的自觉自立。
那么，在大学怎么做才能使英语稳步提高呢？在大一阶段，主要注意三个环节：课前预习、课堂学习、课后复习。大学英语课文一般较长，词汇量大，指望在课堂上把知识点全部掌握是不大可能的，因此课前预习就成为决定是否学好英语的第一个重要环节。预习时，最好先**阅读课文理解大意，碰到不懂的单词先猜词义，看第二、三遍时再参考课文后面的单词表或字典，实在理解不了的句子就作记号等上课时解决或查阅参考书。要充分利用课本配备的光盘，课前自学可以达到事半功备的效果。课堂学习就是上课认真听讲并积极参与各种课堂活动。随着老师课堂授课进度适时反应，参与口头、笔头活动，可以**提高自己的英语思维能力、临场应变能力和口语水*。课后复习阶段，除了要熟读课文、记住所学的单词和短语、尽量背下课文中一些比较精彩的段落外，还要适当通过课后练习来巩固记忆。单词一定要在课文记，因为只有在具体的语境中记单词你才会懂得怎么去用，这样才能记得更牢。

那么，有这么多的实践活动，怎么去合理安排时间呢？我们举个例子供大家参考：以星期一和星期四有英语课为例。星期一上课后要当天及时复习，同时作好星期四的准备工作。周四上课后再及时复习，因为事先有预习，所以复习也会很轻松，一般一个小时即可。周末又开始新一轮的预习工作。报刊杂志就放在没课的时间，早上最好用来听点英文广播或录音，周末想轻松一下就看看英文电影或难度适中的英文小说等。这样一来，学习英语不但不是负担，而且成为一种娱乐。
我把自己一些心得总结归纳，得出以下要诀。第一要诀：从电视、电影、**中学习英语
看英文电视、电影不仅能了解**人的文化和生活，而且也是学习地道英语和提高英语听力的好机会。选取的影片最好是以现代生活为背景的文艺片或喜剧片。如果您的听力不错，要养成不看字幕的习惯。程度稍差的就不要勉强自己，否则英语没学成反倒破坏了欣赏电影的好心情。这种情况下，您可以先看字幕了解剧情（如果是电视节目那就要先录下来），再重新看一至数遍，您的听力就可在轻松的心情下，随着您对剧情了解的增多而迅速提高。如果找原版电影有困难，可以试着听英语**，同样会起到很好的效果。
第二要诀：善用录音带锻炼听说能力
有些学习者总是习惯于一边看书一边听磁带，把磁带当成阅读的辅助工具，这样达不到锻炼听力的目的。录音带应该是以听说能力的训练为主。学习者要选用与自己能力相适应的听力磁带，不要急于求成，以免产生受挫心理。先反复聆听磁带内容，起先只要抓住梗概，多听几次后，对细节的了解便越来越多。听力较差的人，可先阅读课文，然后再集中精力领会每段每句的意思。这样练习有助于培养倾听时***的集中，使您的听力迅速进步。
第三要诀：练习朗读，好处多多

第四要诀：查字典之前，要猜猜看
学习一种语言一定要查字典，但一定要讲究方法。在这里先说两件事：第一：不要盲目的查；第二：不要查的太快；换句话说，在查字典以前要先想一想，甚至猜一猜。
很多学习英语的人，在文章中一看到生词抓起字典就查，结果往往是每个生词都查过了，却看不懂整句或整段的意思。假如在查字典以前，先根据上下文的意思猜猜看，再翻开字典，就不会感到无所适从了。应该先结合上下文，前后句，整个段落来推敲它的意思，再查字典证实一下，有时甚至用不着查字典意思就清楚了。这种查字典的方法还有一个好处，由于先经过猜，想的过程，对于这个生词有了观察和分析，印象已很深刻，查字典之后就很容易就记住这个词了。
第五要诀：作个吹毛求疵的人
为了自己学好英文，有时甚至是为了帮助别人学好英文，不得不做个吹毛求疵的人。在路旁的广告牌上，在日用品的说明书上，在出版商的广告传单上，只要是用英文书写的都可以留意一下，看能不能挑出错误。这样做有助于训练您细心和精确的习惯。碰到有疑问的地方不妨抄录下来，和老师，朋友讨论一番。当然如果能使出错的人改正了错误，则是额外的收获了。
第六要诀：不必对自己苛求完美
追求完美，本是值得嘉许的。学习英语的人总是希望自己能够达到正确无误的地步。但就学习英语的过程来讲，应该把“完美”当作一个将来追求的目标，而不必让它成为套在自己头上的枷锁。
自己练习时，虽然要尽可能作到正确无误，但也要容忍自己和别人犯错误。有些学生抱怨说，他们的老师因为求好心切，他们一开口练习就被纠正的体无完肤让他们越学越没信心。对自己或别人矫枉过正可能反而会产生反效果的，语言的学习尤其如此，因为语言的表达能力受心理的影响很大。请记得：“E.”学习的人都有犯错误的**。
第七要诀：坚定信念，持之以恒！

课堂教学的设计在教学中的地位举足轻重。在今上午谢教授和邵教授作了课堂设计的具体实施的讲解使我们了解其他院校先进的教学理念，教学方法和教学**。我认为尽量让学生参与进来是必要的，但是学生参与进来并不止要在课堂上而且要在课后也如此。
本次培训谢教授和邵教授讲述了她们的理念及方法，有很多可取之处，如果时间充足，能让两位老师上次示范课应该更好。不过各个学校学生层次不同，做任何事情都应该根据学生的实际情况来实行，才能达到更好的效果。本次培训为全国高校的大学英语提供了一个很好的交流*台。通过这个*台大家可以共同探讨一些问题，从别人的经验中得到灵感，寻找解决大学英语**问题的方法。

具体实行方案如：
1.最重要是单词，开学之时制定个计划，准备在什么时候把第几课的单词背熟，如果可能尽早把所有单词记得滚瓜烂熟，要是不行至少在每一节上课之前把此课的单词记熟。
2.每天至少看30分钟的课文，哪一篇都好（前提是单词读熟），以娱乐的心态去进行，不要当作苦差，如果坚持不了至少一周看三次，在读的时候慢慢培养速度，当然这是在读的质量有保证的前提下。
3.买英语系列磁带，每天坚持听一段时间，至少多长自己把握。
我认为，如果可以完全或80%地做到以上几点，学习英语就自然而然变成了一件乐事，既的到了提高有增强了自己的自主学习能力，我想这是我学习英语的收获！
