近日，广州市招考办下近日下发的通知，就高中阶段户籍从省外迁入广东的考生，详细作了有关资格说明。

购房入户的需出示房产证

《通知》称，高中阶段户口由外省迁入广东省的考生，必须回户籍所在地报考：高中阶段户籍从省外迁入广东省但符合《关于进一步加强高中阶段学生学籍、户籍管理严格普通高考报考资格审查的通知》（粤招〔〕23号）规定的，可以报考（既有学籍、又有户籍的考生）。

《通知》称，高中阶段户籍从外省迁入广东省的考生，报名时必须出示广东省常住户口簿（12月10日前迁入方有效）和二代身份证，并提交本人身份证复印件和全户人员的户口簿复印件；购房入户的，还需出示房产证及复印件，否则不予办理确认报名手续。

上述考生还必须具备完整的三年高中学籍材料。高中阶段户籍从外省迁入我省的应届生，除具备原省就读学校的学籍材料外，还必须具备在我省就读期间完整的学籍材料，否则不准报考。对弄虚作假而取得报考资格的考生，一经发现，取消报考资格。

根据通知，中等职业学校的非广东户籍应届毕业生和持有毕业学校集体户口的往届毕业生，不得在广东省报考3专业技能课程证书的考试。

通知还要求加强对外省户籍迁广东省的考生资格审查，防范高考移民。凡非正常迁移户口的考生，一经发现，各报名点要坚决清退。

无二代证须交回执并验核

广州市招考办强调，户籍在高中阶段由外省迁入广东省的应届毕业生须在户口所在地报考，一律不得办理省内异地借考。非本市户籍的往届生，必须回户籍所在地报考，一律不得办理在高中市借考。

广州市招考办介绍，高考考生报名的基本信息（姓名、性别、民族、身份证号码、出生日期）以考生二代身份证的个人信息为准。还没有二代身份证的考生必须提交办理身份证回执才能办理报名资格审查，但这类考生必须在3月5日前携带身份证到区（县级市）招考办进行验核，若不按规定验核身份信息或身份信息验核不符合报考规定的考生，将取消其报名资格。

通知还要求加强对考生高中毕业学历的资格审查。各报名点要加强对考生高中毕业学历的资格审查，严禁非高三级在校学生报考。各中学不得组织高二级等不符合报考条件的学生报考，凡组织高二级学生参加高考的中学，下一年度不得设立高考报名点。
