我们教研组三个学校离得较远，各位老师工作任务繁多，聚在一起活动比较不容易，但我们努力创造一些机会、增进老师之间的交流、了解，密切联系，并在工作上互相帮助，增进老师之间合作精神，以集体的智慧和力量来完成好各项工作任务。使每一个人倍感集体的温暖和同事的'友爱。因此组内风气较好，对领导和教务处的指示和要求，及时上传下达。工作任务布置下来，大家互相帮助合作完成。集中精力围绕教学教改努力地做好各项工作，教研组内具有一种团结和谐、奋发向上的工作环境和氛围。
3、推出高质量的优质课
一学期来我们组每人都讲了一堂高质量的优质课。这些研讨课都经过了反复试教，精心准备，集中全组教师的集体智慧，从而取得良好的教学效果，也获得同行的好评，充分展示了我们教研组强大的整体实力水平。学生的个性得到充分的展现与培养，师生互动，生生互动，小组互动，环境互动，在有限的时间内，每一位学生都得到了较为充分的锻炼和表现的机会。教室中再没有阴暗冰冷的“死角”，课堂上充满着流动的阳光，平等、和谐与交流共存，发现、挑战与沉思同在。思维的活跃，频动的闪光点，让学生成为课堂上真正的主人。
4、不足与今后打算：
我组需要进一步加强组各项制度建设，进一步加强教研组所有的常规管理工作。教研活动要注重形成一定的制度，使每一位教师对教研组的管理工作形成一定的共识，要认真抓好每一次活动的开展，尽可能的调动全组成员的工作积极性。需要注重发挥全组教师的集体力量，更加注重每一位教师的参与，争取把本组的教学教研工作上一个台阶。
细数过去之时，昨天已在我们的回顾中留下了她永远的痕迹，我们相信在明天的教学工作中又有新的、我们将要留下的精彩的痕迹。相信我们组的各位成员能接受新的挑战，坚信自己能行，也让我们明天的工作更行！

在上课的一开始，李教师用一首i likescience作为warm-up，由于歌曲旋律朗朗上口，所以在听了两遍之后，李教师叫学生跟唱。可能是借班上课和学生腼腆的缘故，仅有稀稀拉拉的几个学生唱，学生的进取性并不高。我以为李教师会就此跳过进入下一环，出乎我意料，李教师很有耐心地鼓励学生并跟学生一齐唱了起来，学生也慢慢放开了，进取性慢慢见长。这让我想到，教育者不能遇到细小的困难就轻言放下，而是要锲而不舍的，会让人得到意想不到的收获。

尊重学生的主体性。在复习操练-what day is it?―it’s…句型时教师运用了学生已有的知识“母亲节”。这样能够吸引学生的注意力，把学生的进取性调动到课堂上来，还能给学生进行情感教育，让学生记得母亲节日期，感恩母亲。此外，教师让学生当小教师，模仿教师动作，“小教师”神气、自信地指挥者班上的学生，我注意到“小教师”回到座位上时候他进取性高涨。这告诉我，教学应当以学生的学为主，仅有所教知识被学生内化了，才能为学生所用，所以我在往后教学中应更加注意调动学生的进取性，尊重学生主体性。
