从冬至开始，温州人就开始筹备年货，有酱油肉、松糕、面饼等。寒假里，我在老家跟爷爷奶奶一起做面饼。首先是准备一脸盆的面粉，加入花生，肉，再放入味精盐等调料，最后捏成一个个小年糕的样子。奶奶把做好的面饼放入油锅慢慢煎炸，香喷喷好吃的面饼就做成了。这可是爷爷最喜欢吃的年货，奶奶说爷爷一次能好好几块呢。
到了腊月***，家家户户开始要祭灶。传说这天是灶王爷上天向玉皇大帝报人间功过的日子，据说灶王爷贪吃，只要有糖吃，他的嘴就会被封，所以祭灶少不了麦芽糖，为的是灶王爷不在玉皇大帝年前说坏话，有意思吧！
除夕之夜，家家户户吃完年夜饭后还会打“关门炮”。之后就不能出门了。到了正月初一一早，大家第一件事就是争先恐后打“开门炮”，全城一片炮竹声，象征辞旧迎新，可热闹了。
每个地方都有自己的过年习俗，那是地方文化的一部分，我希望以后我的家乡的习俗还能继续传承下去，不会消失。

食材都准备好了便可以开始制作这道菜肴了。先拿出五花肉把它切成方方正正的一块。**后放入锅中并加入清水，水要没过肉块。再放入料酒、生抽、八角、葱段、姜片后开始煮。当肉煮到七成熟时捞起，晾凉。在肉皮上用牙签均匀地扎上小洞，并用红烧酱油涂抹在肉块表面，上色并晾干。晾干后在油锅中炸，炸至焦黄色。再放入冰箱中冷冻半小时，以便更好地切成均匀的薄皮。在这半小时中，我们可以来制作梅干菜。先把梅干菜放入温水中浸泡十分钟，十分钟后切成1至2厘米的小段。然后在锅中放入少许油，把切好的梅干菜煸炒一下，放入泡干菜的水，并加入料酒,少许糖，煮开收汁。最后把冷冻好的五花肉切成薄片。肉片朝下整齐地放入碗中,并在上面铺上煸炒好的梅干菜。上锅蒸半小时，然后在拿出来时把干菜肉倒扣在另一个碗中即可。
